YOUR COACH
I don't coach from a theory. I coach from everything I've tested, failed, rebuilt, and refined - on myself first, then on the clients who trusted me with their goals.
I know what it feels like to want more from your body and still struggle to make fitness stick.
You want to train. You want to feel strong, look better, have more energy, and move without stiffness or pain. But work gets demanding, life gets busy, travel happens, stress piles up, and before long your workouts become inconsistent and your body starts feeling like it is falling behind the rest of your ambition.
That is exactly why I built Level Up Training.
My path into coaching did not start with fitness trends or chasing aesthetics. It started with sports, adversity, and the need to rebuild.
I grew up playing basketball and became an All-State player in Wisconsin. After high school, I was training to play professionally overseas when I tore my ACL. That injury ended my playing career, but it also became the turning point that led me into strength training, movement, rehab, and coaching.
During that recovery process, I became obsessed with learning how the body really works. Not just how to train hard, but how to train intelligently. I dove deep into strength training, functional movement, mobility, stability, and nutrition with one goal in mind: to build a body that performs well, feels good, and holds up under the demands of real life.
As part of that journey, I was mentored and certified by a coach who served as the strength coach for the Los Angeles Clippers and trained over 40 All-Star athletes across the NBA, NFL, and MLB. That experience helped shape the performance, movement, and recovery systems I use with clients today.
My coaching is built for busy, high-performing people who do not need more information. They need a system that works in real life. A system that accounts for stress, work, travel, recovery, and the demands of a full schedule while still helping them lose fat, build muscle, improve movement, and feel more confident in their body.
This is not about random workouts or generic meal plans.
It is a high-touch coaching experience designed to help you get results in a way that is sustainable, strategic, and built around your life. My goal is not just to help you get in shape. My goal is to help you build a body that matches the standard you hold for the rest of your life.
That is what Level Up Training is all about.
Yoga-based mobility and stability system that improves movement quality, mobility, stability, posture, and long-term performance.
Every program is built around movements that carry over to real life: push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, and carry. We train the body to perform, not just look good standing still.
Your schedule, stress, travel, and recovery all factor into your programming. A plan that fits your life gets done. A plan that doesn’t, doesn’t.
I don't coach you to white-knuckle your way through. I build systems — habits, check-ins, adjustments — so consistency becomes the default, not the exception.
Daily access and weekly calls mean you're never left alone with a spreadsheet. You get coaching — responsive, personal, and based on what's actually happening in your life right now.
STRENGTH COACH. YOGI. BOTH
Most coaches focus on strength. Most yoga instructors focus on mobility. Very few do both.
My proprietary yoga-based mobility and stability system helps open tight areas, improve movement quality, increase joint stability, reduce stiffness, and create a stronger foundation for everything we do in training.
The result is a body that performs better, recovers better, and stays healthier long term.
